This December, we present three exciting talks on the first black hole, the instrumentation at McDonald Observatory, and exoplanets! Aaron Smith will talk about how to form the first black hole and its impact on the early formation of the Universe; Dr. Hanshin Lee will share his experience on instrumentation at McDonald Observatory; and lastly, we will have experts from UT talk about recent discovery on exoplanets.
AoTATX39 will be hosted by our Host Binary Stars, A$AP Rocky Planet (Raquel Martinez) and AstroBoz (Dr. Brandon Bozek)! In addition, AoTATX39 will feature Astronomy in the News, trivia, and brand new AoTATX keychain. Pueblo Viejo will be opened for tacos! Finally, we will have telescopes on hand to look for exciting objects in the night sky (weather permitting)! Join us for a night full of astronomy fun over pints of beer!
