Astronomy on Tap DC and Atlas Obscura Society DC are thrilled to be partnering to bring you a very special (g)Astronomy on Tap at DC9 Nightclub, with talks focusing on space food!

Our amazing speaker line-up for the night:

Valerie Neal, Ph.D., Curator and Chair of the Space History Department at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum

Christie Cox, Research Manager for ISS Division of NASA, formerly with the Space Food Systems Lab at the Johnson Space Center

Emily Martin, Ph.D., space geologist at the Air and Space Museum’s Center for Earth and Planetary Studies and co-host of the podcast Air Space

Matt Shindell, Ph.D., Curator of Planetary Science at the Air and Space Museum and a co-host of Air Space
