Dr Pedro Russo will take us in a journey that will make you understand how the research that is done by scientists impacts our society!
Pedro Russo is an assistant professor of Astronomy and Society at Leiden Observatory in the department of Science Communication & Society, and coordinator of the Astronomy & Society group. Pedro is also the president of the International Astronomical Union Commission on Communicating Astronomy with the Public. During this talk we will experience how the research done by astronomers have an impact in our society and every day life.
