Adler Planetarium Presents Astronomy on Tap – September 3rd at 7pm

Hey, Chicago! There’ll be a hot time in the Old Town on September 3rd. We’re partnering with collaborators at Adler Planetarium for a very special one night ‘Adler Planetarium presents Astronomy on Tap‘ at The Map Room. Come hear a series of short FREE public science talks ranging from galaxies to comets by astronomers of the Adler Planetarium and friends. There will be time to ask questions and talk one-on-one with the speakers as well as astronomy-themed games/trivia.

Because astronomy is even better with beer, the event will be at the Map Room (949 N Hoyne Ave, Chicago, IL 60647) which has a selection of over 200 beers from the across the United States and around the world. The venue is a bar, so 21 and over only.

This event is FREE, so if you’re in the Chicago area come join us at The Map Room on September 3, 2014 from 7-9 pm.
