Astronomy on Tap Seattle VII: September 23rd at Bad Jimmy’s

Our seventh event in Seattle will be on September 23rd from 7-9 pm and will again be hosted by Ballard’s own Bad Jimmy’s who will have ~9 beers (and plenty of astronomy) on tap.

THIS MONTH we’ll begin with beer and two new talks. The first is by University of Washington graduate student Phoebe Upton Sanderbeck on “Taking the Temperature of the Universe”, and our second talk will be by Dr. Breanna Binder on “Sibling Rivalry in Massive Stars.” Then, we’ll play some astrotrivia with prizes!

Don’t miss our seventh event, and be sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook to get updates on future events!

Please RSVP on our eventbrite page.
