Astronomy on Tap SATX starts off 2019 with a very exciting event on Wednesday, January 16th!
AoT SATX will be featured as one of the events during DreamWeek San Antonio! Each annual DreamWeek Summit comprises a series of events designed with a singular purpose in mind: to foster the free exchange of ideas on universal issues affecting the human race.
What better way to do that than discussing the universe with beer in hand?
We are very excited to host two wonderful scientists from the Southwest Research Institute! Dr. Natalie Hinkel, recently featured at Tedx San Antonio, will present “From Stars to Planets to You!” and Dr. Rob Ebert will share “Small Satellites – Big Science?”!

As always, the event will be hosted at the Blue Star Brewing Co. at 1414 S. Alamo St. Doors open at 6:30pm and the room fills up, so we recommend arriving early! Talks start promptly at 7 pm!
