AoT Gothenburg is back after the summer break! As the pandemic is far from over we’ll have this session again ONLINE as of 8pm CEST on Tuesday, 06 October.
The overarching theme this time is “Telescopes”. To start off, Mirima Ramos-Ceja (MPE, Germany) will show us the technology required to observe X-rays with space-born telescopes. We’ll be back on the ground with our second speaker, Alasdair Thomson (Manchester, UK) who will tell us about what will be possible with the new Square Kilometer Array!
Tune in with a curious mind and loads of questions — believe it or not: we’ll have some for you too to test your astro-knowledge in our games! The best team(s) shall win great prizes! (pick them up at the next physical event).
