Astronomy on Tap – Orlando Event #33: Giants of the Outer Solar System

Greetings, Space Nerds! 🚀✨

We’re back for Astronomy on Tap Orlando Event #33! Join us at Ivanhoe Park Lager House on Thursday, July 23rd, from 7–9 PM for another out-of-this-world evening of space science, drinks, and cosmic conversation! 🍻🌌

We’ll kick off the night with Jonathan Keathley, a 3rd-year Ph.D. candidate in UCF’s Department of Physics, as he takes us on a journey into the depths of the Solar System’s largest planet with his talk, So… You Fell into Jupiter.

Then, Elizabeth Faulkner, a 2nd-year Ph.D. student in UCF’s Department of Physics, will take us on a tour of Saturn’s fascinating family of moons in her talk, Meet the Satellites of Saturn!

This is definitely an AoT you do NOT want to miss! As always, we’ll wrap up the night with a round of our space trivia, where you’ll have a chance to win some fun astronomy-themed prizes! 🪐🏆 Be sure to like, follow, and subscribe to keep up with all of our upcoming events and spacey adventures!
