AoT SATX Whose Baseline is it Anyway? Radio Astronomy and Imaging the Black Hole at the Center of the Milky Way

We are excited to host our second in-person AoT SATX event of 2022!

This month we are very happy to welcome back a previous AoT SATX speaker, Jackie Champagne from UT Austin, who will give the talk: “Whose Baseline is it Anyway? A Brief Introduction to Radio Interferometry.”

Then we’ll hear about the recent big Black Hole news from Dr. Richard Anantua, who is part of the Event Horizon Telescope team that took the image of the Black Hole at the center of our galaxy!
