Join us in-person for the January edition of Astronomy on Tap! As always, we’ll have games, raffles, glow sticks, swag, and space-themed drinks. (We’ll also livestream on our YouTube channel.)

  • Ron Pagano, an LSU graduate student, will tell us how quantum noise affects gravitational wave detectors, and what scientists can do about it.
  • Eric Borowski, an LSU graduate student, will explain how professional astronomers and amateur stargazers can participate in variable star astronomy.

Science is Even Better with Beer.
