Astronomy on Tap — Davis (October 2022; in-person)

Come join us at Sudwerk Brewing Co. for our October AoT Davis event! Since the event is in-person, Covid-19 vaccination and indoor masking is required.
We have two wonderful PhD students from the UC Davis Physics & Astronomy department presenting! Priti Staab will talk about the formation of stars in the early Universe and Pratik Gandhi will present on how we can simulate the formation of galaxies on computers.
As always, we will have a raffle and trivia with prizes. Help us spread the word by inviting your family, friends, and colleagues for a fun evening of astronomy and beer!
