Astronomy on Tap Eastern Sierra: Cosmic Archaeology & Telescopes on the Moon

Join us at 7:30PM PDT, Thursday, June 6th for Astronomy on Tap at the Mountain Rambler Brewery in Bishop, California. We’ll hear from Caltech scientists Dr. Ruby Byrne: “Cosmic Archaeology: Uncovering the History of the Universe with Radio Astronomy,” and Dr. Nivedita Mahesh: “Coming Soon: Telescopes on the Moon.” In addition, we will have a telescope on-hand for guided stargazing, professional astronomers to answer your science questions, and astronomically-themed pub trivia with prizes.
