Astronomy on Tap Kingston: A Cosmic Collision

This particular event will be a bit different than in the past, with two speakers going head-to-head in a great debate on the Sun vs the Moon, as we prepare for the upcoming total eclipse. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. Speakers and other scientists will mingle with the audience between the rounds and after the debate, and there will also be a trivia session with questions related to astronomy, and prizes at the end!

For this event, we will two fantastic astronomers/geologists: Gregg Wade & Chris Spencer, joined by their host, astro-buff Mark Richardson.

The event is free and open to all ages. The Mansion serves alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and food will be available to be ordered.
