Title: The ultimate recipe: how to make astronomical cocktails
Summary: “The space between the stars in our Milky Way galaxy is not empty, but contains large clouds of gas and dust. These clouds show a surprisingly complex chemistry, and contain all the ingredients for making very tasty cocktails (by human standards). I will show how this chemistry possibly arises, using recent observations from both the ALMA telescope in Chile, as well as the newly launched James Webb Space Telescope.”
