Astronomy on Tap Los Angeles: Dark Energy & The Euclid Mission

Join us at 7:30PM PDT, Monday, July 17th for Astronomy on Tap at the outdoor Dog Haus Biergarten in Old Town Pasadena. We’ll hear from NASA Research Scientist Dr. Alina Kiessling: “Dark Energy and Dark Matter: Our Mostly Invisible Universe,” and NASA Research Scientist Dr. Jason Rhodes: “From Whiteboard to Launch in Just 20 Years: a Personal Journey.” In addition, we will have a telescope on-hand for guided stargazing as well as astronomically-themed pub trivia with prizes! There will also be live music in between talks from the amazing Jason Achilles and Forrest Mitchell.
