Astronomy on Tap Los Angeles: Exploding Stars and Plato’s Gravity

Join us at 7:30PM PDT, Monday, October 17th for an in-person Astronomy on Tap at the outdoor Dog Haus Biergarten in Old Town Pasadena. We’ll hear from Spiros Michalakis: “The Lost Dialogue of Plato aend the Fundamental Nature of Gravity” and from Abigail Polin: “Stars That Go Boom in the Night.”
In addition, we will have a telescope on-hand for guided stargazing as well as astronomically-themed pub trivia with prizes! There will also be live-music in between talks from the amazing Jason Achilles and Forrest Mitchell.
