Astronomy on Tap Tucson #85: Black Hole Echoes + Space Balloons!
March 21 @ 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM MST

Tucson’s local flavor of Astronomy on Tap, Space Drafts, presents its 85th edition featuring Steward Observatory astronomers Daniel Lawther and Affy Khan! Plus our second edition of Astronomy in the News with Jackie Champagne!
On tap this month, we have Steward Observatory postdoc Daniel Lawther telling us all about mapping black hole echoes, and Steward grad student Affy Khan will give us a crash course on doing astronomy from the stratosphere! We’ll also be having our second edition of Astronomy in the News here in Tucson, so join us to hear all about the latest and greatest recent news in astronomy.
We’ll be out on the patio of Borderlands Brewing Company (119 E. Toole Ave, Tucson AZ) at 7:30pm Arizona time on March 21. If you can’t make it in person, you can also join us online at bit.ly/SpaceDrafts85!
