Astronomy on Tap Western Mass #15

Please join us Tuesday, March 17th at New City Brewery in Easthampton, Massachusetts for the fifteenth installment of Astronomy on Tap Western Mass! This month we have two new talks, trivia, and Astronomy in the News. First up, postdoctoral researcher Dr. Sam Berek will walk us through the fast and furious lives of the first stars in the Universe, aka Pop III Stars. Then, graduate student Sarah Bodansky will help us understand why and how humans (and other living organisms!) have done astronomy and its impacts on society at large. Admission is free and open to all ages. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early. We hope to see you there!
