Announcing Astronomy on Tap: Taipei – May 27, 2014

I started Astronomy on Tap while I was a postdoctoral fellow at Yale University, but last August I moved to Taiwan for my new job. Emily, Demitri, and the rest of the gang have been doing an amazing job with events in New York City, New Haven, Columbus and more. I’m now a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Astronomy & Astrophysics at Academia Sincia in Taipei, Taiwan, and I’m pleased to announce Astronomy on Tap is going international with the start of the Taipei branch. It only seems right to have our first event at On Tap (seriously no joke!) in Taiwan. It can only be destiny! So if you’re in Taipei on May 27th please stop on by, it should be good fun and awesome science.

Cheers,

~Meg
