欢迎大家于10月18日晚7:30（太平洋时间）参与线上《杯酒谈天》（Astronomy on Tap）特别节目。史上最先进的空间望远镜——詹姆斯-韦伯望远镜将于12月18日发射。本次活动以韦伯望远镜的科学研究为主题，在 YouTube 、微博线上直播。杨锦怡博士和戴飞博士将分别带来题为《最遥远的类星体和詹姆斯-韦伯望远镜》和《最不宜居的系外行星》讲座。讲座过后，我们将举行以天文为题材的酒馆杂学竞猜。本次活动将完全以汉语普通话进行。

Join us at 7:30PM PDT, Monday, October 18th for a spectral virtual Astronomy on Tap event. This event is to celebrate the scheduled launch of the James Webb Space Telescope on December 18. It will be streamed over YouTube Live and Weibo. We’ll hear from Dr. Jinyi Yang: “A Comprehensive JWST View of the Most Distant Quasars” and from Dr. Fei Dai: “The Most Uninhabitable Exoplanets”. In addition, we will host interactive astronomically-themed pub trivia. This event
will be held entirely in Mandarin Chinese.
