Astronomy on Tap – Orlando Event #13: Our Favorite Celestial Duo!

Come out and see us at the Oviedo Brewing Company on Tuesday, January 16th from 7 – 9 PM for our first AoT Orlando of 2024, featuring our favorite celestial duo: The Sun and Moon! Two professors from the Planetary Sciences Group at the University of Central Florida, Dr. Yan Fernandez and Dr. Kerri Donaldson Hanna, will be sharing talks on the upcoming solar eclipse in April as well as a new lunar surface science mission based right here in Central Florida! You won’t want to miss it!
As always, we will have our space trivia with the chance to win some fun astronomy-themed prizes, as well as some telescopes set up out front of the brewery at the end of the night (weather permitting)!
