Astronomy on Tap – Orlando Event #15: Telescopes and Space Rocks!

We’re back space nerds! Come join us! 🥳🚀
After our month-long hiatus, we are excited to bring you another stellar evening of beer and astronomy! Come back out to the Oviedo Brewing Company next Tuesday, April 16th at 7pm to hear UCF Physics and Planetary Sciences grad student Christopher Duffey discuss some history of telescopes with some “show and tell” examples, followed by discussions of some cool space rocks with Florida Space Institute researcher Luisa Fernanda Zambrano Marin! These are talks you won’t wanna miss!
As always, we will have our space trivia with the chance to win some fun astronomy-themed prizes, as well as some telescopes set up out front of the brewery at the end of the night (weather permitting)!
